The Clipper Diversity and Inclusion Policy extends our expectations to outside contractors and vendors. Additionally, employees are to treat outside vendors, contractors and customers in a manner consistent with this policy.

Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination, or employees that witness discrimination are to report actions to their supervisor or Human Resources.
